The Left in West Bengal are uplifted for their successful demonstration in Kolkata but this cheer may not produce a good prospect In West Bengal because the present Neo-liberal economy has created an illusion in the young people. The economy is being falsely pampered and the youth of India is hoping a good prospect. But the things the youth are not considering that maximum employment in the last decade in the U.S.A is in the Govt. sector and public utility concerns. The Modi Govt. in India has cut the Govt. expenditure. Govt. expenditure in the health sector has been cut and so is for rural employment sector. The developmental theory that tells us that the condition of the rural poor is developed, it will boost up industrial development and it will generate more employment. In the name of austerity this is being followed not only in India but in the other countries. Another thing must be taken into account that the employment in the service sector must be bound to come down as because the rural economy is going to be in stagnant position. The Real Estate investment has already declined as because of the lack of required buyers. Unbridled market price rise has given salt to the injury. The real income of the daily earners has come down. Yet this is not impressing the youth. The left Leaders failed to take these issues to their cadres. The cadres are also thinking that if the left come to power, the can be the master of the society as they were before 2011. The cadres in general are not ready to learn from the history. They must note that the Industrial Revolution in England gave way to the rise of capitalism and brought suffering to the poor but the poor could bot believe the progressive thought because of the unhappy experience of the French Revolution. So the it is actually a reverie to think that the left can bounce back in 2016 election.
